Peppermint

Peppermint is one of the most popular, commonly used essential oils.  It is versatile. It works and the scent is loved by all ages. Peppermint essential oil can be applied topically, diffused, and taken internally. Have you ever had a brownie with peppermint essential oil? Once you try it, it will become your go to recipe.

Have you ever given a speech or talk in a front a group of people and wished you had a way to “cool” yourself down? A little peppermint on the back of the neck and wrists is used by speakers to do just that.
